'Working Together To Make A Difference'
Inter-link - Your Essential Free Community Resource
East Cornwall CVS as part of the Cornwall Infrastructure Partnership has utilised funding from the Home Office Change Up Programme, to establish an Inter-link network in North Cornwall & Caradon districts.
What is Inter-link
Inter-link is a network of community, voluntary groups, statutory agencies and individuals working together to improve the lives of people living in North and East Cornwall.
Members are provided with:
- A free quarterly newsletter where members can publicise their organisations work and events, advertise space for hire and for volunteers, receive up to date information on funding, training and new projects.
- Free training through evaluation of these surveys the Inter-Link development officers ensure that members needs are met.
- Invites to locality meetings where Inter-link members meet to share information, network with other local organisations, receive information on funding and training.
- Funding advice on local and national grants.
- Annual Conferences are held providing information on training, funding and future developments. These fun and informative events provide members with an opportunity to meet similar projects and organisations, get together with new people and expand their knowledge and skills.
- Publicity Days are held annually to provide members with some free publicity. The events involve local press and radio giving a chance to highlight projects, achievements, news and stories in the local media. The events also provide information on marketing and workshops relating to various publicity tools.
- Information packs giving details of organisations, venues and resources essential for all community and voluntary groups.
North Cornwall and Caradon Inter-link provide an essential FREE resource for all committed community and voluntary groups in North and East Cornwall.
